We all know physical activity is good for our health. Did you know it increases the chances of living longer? Why? Because it controls your blood pressure, blood sugar and weight while raising your good cholesterol. It also prevents heart disease and type 2 Diabetes. That's not all. Being active can be fun, help you look your best, and improve your sleep. It makes your bones, muscles, and joints stronger. It helps you feel better.
If you buy candy to give out on Halloween and you have a lot left over and have to eat it yourself, come join us and we will help you to loose some inches and some weight.
