Quest Labs will be drawing bloodwork on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every week starting Thursday, February 21st from 7am to noon at Holiday City Phase II Clubhouse.

Snow Reminders for Homeowners in Holiday City Silverton

Please remember that we are all to move our vehicles from the street prior to snow plowing. It is our responsibility to find a safe driveway for our vehicles.

Remember there is a law that states all of our sidewalks must be shoveled after snowfall.

Reminder to snowbirds or those on vacation during snowfalls...kindly make arrangements for someone to remove snow from your driveway and your sidewalks. This protects those of us here, as well as the security of your home.

We must have you update your office records, with emergency contacts and phone numbers and your own phone numbers even if they are unlisted. If you reside in Florida or elsewhere during the winter months we need your number there. We had residents who lost their Florida rooms in the big snow storm and could not contact them for lack of phone numbers. THIS IS A MUST.

Just a reminder to anyone who flies a flag 24 hours a day.
You must have a light shine on it at night, otherwise take the flag down at sunset.

You are not supposed to fly the flag in the rain.

Selling or Renting Your Home?

Rules & Regulations

The office must be notifed at 732-255-2221 of homes to be sold by owners or through an agency and of each tenant change.

There is a $1,500 initial fee per new homeowner each time a home is sold, and a fee of $100 if it is to be rented and each time there is a tenant change.

New home owners or renters must register with the Organization within two (2) weeks of the closing date of the purchase of a new home or from the date of the signing of a lease. Failure to do so will subject the owner to a fine of $50.00 for noncompliance.

You must not rent your home for 2 years from the date of purchase!
